2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for order or orders, direction or directions of the authority concern to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Government of Bihar framed Bihar Jail Nai and Safai Mazdoor Cadre Rules, of 2011 under that rules, the Exercise was made to regularized those persons who have been discharging there work since long it is not to dispute that the petitioner discharging his duty since 2016 But up till now the authority concerned not regularised his service petitioners filed maney Representation before authority concerned

Grievance of the petitioner is pending consideration before the concerned respondent relating to regularizing of his services under the rules called "Bihar Jail Nai and Safai Mazdoor Cadre Rules, 2011".

4. The competent authority is hereby directed to examine whether the petitioner fulfills the eligibility criteria for the purpose of regularization under the aforesaid rules, 2011 or not? Such speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
