Learned counsel for the State accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish copy of the petition.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

(i) For directing and commanding respondents to pay the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8455 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 2/3 current daily wages as well as arrear of daily wages dues since June, 2020 to the petitioner who is a Home Guard Constable (MTS) and continuously doing his duty without any breakage.

(ii) And also for directing and commanding the respondent to pay the arrear of food allowance from June, 2016 to Nov, 2018 to the petitioner.

(iii) And also for directing and commanding the respondent to pay the enhanced wages for the month of November, 2018.

(iv) And also for directing and commanding the respondent to pay the admissible interest over aforesaid dues amount.

(v) And also to pay any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found to be legally entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

The aforesaid relief is supported by representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.8455 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 3/3 dated 11.06.2020 followed by legal notice dated 08.01.2021. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's claim and redress within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order failing which the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand). The petitioner shall be paid monetary benefits which is required to be calculated and disbursed within the aforesaid period.

With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
