Petitioner is in custody in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel submits that in the instant case police has conducted the raid and apprehended the petitioner and two ladies. He submits that house was partitioned and fire-arms was seized from west side of the house which does not belong to this petitioner. It has further been submitted that nothing was

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
