Be that as it may, looking at the nature of the allegation so alleged, let the petitioners Chitranjan Pandey and Raushan Pandey alias Roshan Pandey, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P S Case No. 59 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
