This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1882 (C) of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498-A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16404 of 2019(6) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 The report of the learned Mediator, along with the mutual agreement between the parties, dated 25.09.2019, has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
Let the petitioner, Satish Ravidas, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1882 (C) of 2015, subject to the conditions (i) laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and (ii) the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the mutual agreement, dated 25.09.2019.
