1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 96, 3(5) B.N.S.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 and 3 are women and petitioner no.3 is aged about 22 years and the informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioners kidnapped her minor daughter on 07.05.2024, as they

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that victim came back and her statement was recorded under section 183 B.N.S.S., wherein the victim did not support the case of the prosecution but then it is fairly submits that the victim is aged about 15 years 3 months. It is further submitted that victim was in love with Aditya and left with him on her own volition and petitioners being parents and sister of Aditya they came to be implicated.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.298/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down
