JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 354B, 307 and other minor sections of the IPC.

The petitioner is in jail custody since 23.2.2017 on the allegation that he made attempt to outrage modesty of the informant and also attempted to commit rape on her. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant has entered into compromise and, as a matter of fact, present case was lodged on account of previous dispute.

Considering the period of detention of the

No.43535 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Laukahi P.S. Case no. 28/2017.
