This is an application for quashing of the order dated 8.4.2015 passed by the learned A.D.J. IV, Siwan in S.Tr. No. 198 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1315 of 2012. A perusal of the para-2 shows that earlier, he had also challenged the cognizance order which was disposed of giving liberty to raise all points at an appropriate stage. The matter is of 8.4.2015, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

The petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution
