The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No.25 of 2017, a case under Sections 328/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On recovery of dead-body of a female F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During investigation, it revealed that the dead-body was of the third wife of the petitioners vide para-76 of the case-diary. However, there is no eyewitness of the occurrence nor anyone had seen carrying the dead-body.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had only one wife and she is alive. Considering the fact that there is no direct

No.49555 of 2017 (4) dt.10-01-2018 P2/ allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
