JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that 14 sachets of country made liquor and 70 bottles of liquor were recovered from the hotel of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not present at the time of seizure. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery, let the learned

No.26514 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Sheikhpura.
