In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh if any cause of action arises. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall participate in the proceedings, if called upon by the concerned authorities.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
