The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 354, 504/34 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted the Kundan Kumari with iron rod on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer of bail application.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
