JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 16.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maheshkhut P. S. case no. 38/2015 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear that it was co-accused Shankar Thakur who gave khanti blow to injured Kanchan Devi. It also appears that except the above stated injured Kanchan Devi, no one sustained injury in the occurrence.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
