In the present case, the petitioner are submitting that they were working as Instructor in Adult and Non-Formal Education Project and a group of persons approached this Court by filing C.W.J.C. No. 3444 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 3847 of 2017, which were allowed and ultimately, the view of the High Court has been affirmed by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 32079 of 2015.

In such view of the matter, let the Authority examine the case of the present petitioners vis-a-vis the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 3444 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 3847 of 2017 and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioners will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners in the aforesaid cases.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this

4/4 writ petition is disposed of.
