JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 786 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Case of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation either of demand or of torture has been attributed against these petitioners and they are ready to abide by any of the conditions imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19178 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 786 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
