The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No.140 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 04.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62649 of 2017 whereby co-accused Ramsen Prasad Singh having similar allegation to that of the petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
