Petitioner is an accused in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a), 32, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020.
