JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabd SC/ST P.S. Case No.99 of 2013 instituted under Sections341, 323, 509, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3 (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the F.I.R. which essentially is related to allegation of teasing of a class fellow.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Abhishek Kumar, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
