JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 63 liters of liquor. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 09.06.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
