2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309 ( 6 ) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that when he was going to his home , in the meantime , three persons came on motorcycle and on point of pistol looted cash and other documents of informant and also made indiscriminate firing as a
