JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A) of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, complainant and learned counsel for the State.

The accusations are of demand of dowry and on non - fulfilment of the same the victim was tortured and assaulted by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and complainant that both are ready to stay together. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27351 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is further observed that in case, if they do not reside together then in the said situation, the petitioner shall deposit amount of Rs. 1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.
