Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42126 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 connection with Baniyapur Police Station Case No. 304 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
