The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, dated 15.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41842 of 2018. No good ground has been made out for giving a relook at such order.

However, if she surrenders before the Court below and seeks bail, the Court below, after taking into account all the grounds raised on behalf of the petitioner, shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail application on her behalf has not been entertained by this Court.

The application stands dismissed.
