The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Adapur P.S. Case No. 20 of 1987, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was registered against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after thorough investigation submitted final form finding the case clueless, but the petitioner and others were suspected and they were declared absconder.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already been declared absconder, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
