ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the informant. The petitioner, being the mother-in-law, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No.27 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegations and that the mother-in-law has specific role to play in the alleged death of the niece of the informant and the body was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26465 of 2015 (4) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 surreptitiously removed without information to the informant and the family members of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
