The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C and 30(a), 36, 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.
Petitioners were apprehended at the time of recovery of liquor from a truck. They are in custody since 09.12.2018. They have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19918 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil (Samstipur) P.S. Case No. 705 of 2018 with following conditions :
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
