2. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 254 of 2024 arising out of Bandhwa Kurawa P.S Case No. 105 of 2023 instituted for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504 and 506 of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, while making prayer for bail, has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40693 of 2024 along with the bail petition of other accused persons, but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that one co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19593 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 Naresh Yadav has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the plea of alibi.

4. The present petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. Though some other accused persons are also assailant of the deceased but the specific allegation against this petitioner is to fire with a gun which hit Arun Kumar Yadav (the deceased).

5. I do not see any reason to reconsider the earlier order dated 03.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40693 of 2023. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
