Mr. Singh further submits that the judgment

Patna High Court L.P.A No.222 of 2021(8) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 impugned in the present appeal may not come in their way later even when this appeal is withdrawn as having become infructuous.

The writ petition preferred by the appellant/petitioner was dismissed for agitating his cause before an appropriate forum. Thus, the judgment passed in the writ petition would naturally not come in the way of the decision of the Government to re-employ such contractual Dentists who had been serving the State of Bihar for such a long time.

The appeal is permitted to be withdrawn as having become infructuous.
