Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint case No.

2017C of 2013 registered under sections 498A, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife made allegation that she was married to the petitioner on 01.02.2006 but thereafter her husband subject her to physical and mental torture due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The complainant has two children even thereafter her husband solemnized second marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant got service in Darbhanga and thereafter she refused to live with the petitioner. The parents of the petitioner are old and therefore, the petitioner solemnized second marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34194 of 2014 (3) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 On the other hand learned counsel appearing for the complainant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. It appears that the complainant has got two children and thereafter the petitioner again solemnized second marriage leaving in lurch the complainant and two children.
