Having regard to the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner had already been rejected on merits and the same was dismissed as withdrawn, this Court will not like to encourage the petitioner who now despite being named in the F.I.R. in connection with Special Case No. 16/2010 arising out of Vigilance (Patna) P.S.Case No. 31/2010 lodged for offence under section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act as well as under sections 420, 467, 471, 472A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code has remained absconding. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is also once again rejected.
