Deceitfully the informant Mithilesh Singh @ Sibu Suman was taken away by the Birendra Mishra on the pretext of employment at Motihari where he was confined in a room of a hotel on the pretext of firearm. On the other end, they demanded ransom from his family members to a tune of rupees fifty lacs which was reduced to twenty lacs. Fortunately, police conducted raid and during course thereof, Birendra Mishra was apprehended and on search, firearm, ammunition were recovered from his possession along with purse of the informant, ATM card, Pan Card, mobile, voter ID, cash appertaining to rupees eleven hundred and one dollar of $100 denomination. Presence of petitioner has been shown during course of investigation wherein the manager of the hotel as well as waiter had disclosed that this Birendra Mishra was talking with the petitioner along with other coaccused over mobile. It is further evident that petitioner has got chequrred history being an accused in thirty-three cases (Para-21).

No.48205 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 Be that as it may, considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner Rajan Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
