That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents concerned authorities to transfer the Arms Licence in favour of the petitioner, which was issued in the name of his late father bearing licence No.3351/P.S.

Allahabad for S.B.B.L.

Gun No.25625 HIM and quash thereby the orders dated 02.02.2016 and 29.08.2023 passed by learned District Magistrate, Buxar in Arms Case No.91 of 2012 and also to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5705 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 quash the order dated 27.11.2018/26.12.2018 passed by learned Divisional Commissioner, Buxar in Arms Appeal No.89 of 2016, whereby and whereunder the application for transfer of aforesaid Arms licence in favour of the petitioner has been rejected and to grant other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the eye of law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Buxar in Arms Case No. 91 of 2012, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
