The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2017 in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 140/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier his application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2017 for which he has duly surrendered. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been living with the family of the deceased and was residing separately and no specific role has been made out against him, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52115 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 140/2016.
