The petitioner who is in custody since 7.11.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barabar Paryatak (Bishunganj O.P) P.S. Case no. 87 of 2019 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner was seen fleeing with a country made rifle. He was chased and caught by the police party along with the rifle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's application for bail moved earlier was rejected vide order dated 29.1.2020 (Annexure - 1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 4796 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months or after framing of charge in this case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15172 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 he has remained in custody since 7.11.2019 and charge has also been framed on 22.2.2020 vide order contained in Annexure 3 to the petition.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances as stated herein above, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barabar Paryatak (Bishunganj O.P) P.S. Case no. 87 of 2019 (Trial no. 559 of 2020; G.R. No. 2264 of 2019) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate I Class, Jehanabad.
