2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118(1) , 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely , Bablu Kumar alleged that on 05.10.2024 at 8 PM, when he was at his home , in the meantime , all the F.I.R., named accused persons along with two unknown persons came on motorcycle and abused and assaulted informant and others. It is further alleged that this petitioner gave knife blow to the brothers of informant and others and also assaulted one Ajay with a hockey stick due to which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that this petitioner snatched gold chain worth Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16572 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 90,000/- from neck of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on issue of playing favourite song on DJ , a scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts , case and counter case , nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 644 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
