JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-07-2015 Suspension was warranted under the circumstances which are now emerging not only from the order of suspension contained in Annexure- 11, which is as recent as 14.5.2015 but also from reading of the set of charges, which has also been served upon the petitioner. The petitioner can very well offer his explanation on those charges before the enquiry officer and if he is satisfied with the explanation, he will close the matter or else the law and the procedure laid down under CCA Rules will come into play. The occasion for interfering with the suspension order at this stage has not arisen. Writ application is dismissed with the above direction to the enquiry officer.
