For quashing the Certificate of registration Dated 07.05.2013 issued vide Corporate Identity No. U91100 BR 2013 NPL 020 284 2013-2014 under the signature of Respondent No. 2.

(B). For giving a direction to hold that the petitioner's Association is real Association and any Association formed after by changing the Name & Style for the same purpose is not legal in all manner.
