ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction at paragraph -2 of the modification application to this effect that the word "not" mentioned in para 2 of the petition be deleted.
The application for modification has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43648 of 2014.
The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.04.2015 and they were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that apart from petitioner no- 4, namely, Marang Murmu, all others have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28415 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 surrendered in the Court below within time but due to unavoidable circumstances, petitioner no. 4, namely, Marang Murmu could not surrender in the Court below within the time fixed.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the time fixed by order dated 16.04.2015 be extended by further period of two weeks, in respect of petitioner no. 4, namely, Marang Murmu, from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of the present order.
Accordingly, the order dated 16.04.2015 is modified to the above extent.
