2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girl was kidnapped.

4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim girl has eloped with one Santosh Manjhi and she got married with Santosh Manjhi and has two children also.

5. Petitioner is not the main accused of the case.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Saran/concerned Court below in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021.

8. This application stands allowed.
