JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan in Daraunda P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016 whereby he took cognizance against the petitioner and other accused persons for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
