2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Uphara P. S. Case No. 09/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B)/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1.486 kg Ganja was recovered from the shop of co-accused Aditya Paswan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Aditya Paswan who has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17470 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17894 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 2022. Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.204. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (NDPS) cum 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Uphara P.
