The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) to direct the respondents to ensure the compliance of the order dated 11.11.2013 passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Biharsarif in Land Dispute Case No. 21 of 2013-14 (Most. Gayatri Devi Vrs. Yogendra Singh & Ors.);

(ii) also to direct the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.9806 of 2016(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 especially respondent no.5 to make measurement of the land bearing Khata No. 177, Plot No. 189, measuring area 3 decimals situated at MauzaKohna Sarai and after that to got ensure the payment of compensation of the part land to the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 11.11.2013.

3. It is unfortunate that even for the compliance of an order passed by the respondent-LRDC, Biharsharif, the petitioner has to knock the door of this Court.

4. If the order has still not been complied, the Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda is duty bound to complete the process within eight weeks from the receipt of the copy of the order to be submitted by the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
