The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 308 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a Health Manager of Primary Health Centre, Basantpur, alleged that Dr. A.K. Sah of Ujjwal Janta Home operated patients but Dr. B.K. Singh, Medical Officer of Ishwapur Primary Health Centre, admitted that he did the operations. It is alleged that the petitioner and others blocked the road and damaged the camera. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The Health Manager did not allege any overt act against the petitioner except that the petitioner blocked the road and damaged the camera.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26636 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
