In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court directs the Secretary, State Council of Education Research Training (SCERT), Mahendru, Patna (Respondent No. 4) to inform the petitioner about the result of the scrutiny of his papers, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
