2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has participated in a loot of a motorcycle, mobile etc.

4. One looted mobile has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade. He is in jail since 13.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19043 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
