The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 336/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail immediately upon completion of one year from today, in case
