The petitioner seeks bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 379/504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named Satyendra Yadav, Guddu Yadav, Raj Kumar Yadav (Petitioner), Vijay Yadav, Pankaj Yadav and Sudhir Yadav and alleged that they all armed with assaulted his father and when other family members came to save accused persons also assaulted his sister-in-law, sister and nephew. It is submitted that during course of treatment Shankar Yadav, father of the informant died on account of injuries. Omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26455 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Similarly situated co-accused namely, Sonu Yadav, Pankaj Yadav, Satyendra Yadav and Vijay Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44914/2014 and 46672/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S.
