ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A.A./26, 25/27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that he was not arrested at the place of occurrence, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 65/2017.
