JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 05-05-2023 Petitioner seeks implementation of the 100 points Modal Roster in the light of 10% reservation for EWSs in Advertisement No. 65/2020 for the selection of Assistant Curator and its equivalent post in the department of Art, Culture and Youth, Bihar.

We are not convinced that there is any public interest involved. When there is a Modal Roster initiated, the Government has to strictly implement it and if there is any violation, it is for the persons who are denied appointment in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6702 of 2023 dt.05-05-2023 2/2 relation to the roster to approach this Court. The writ petition, we find, to be not maintainable. The same is dismissed.
