ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to file statutory appeal before the District Magistrate.
2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal against the order of cancellation dated 23.01.2024 within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be taken on record and necessary orders passed on merits in accordance with law. Needless to observe that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be
